Role Description This is a full-time role for a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in the Natchitoches Parish Schools district. The position involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering speech therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support students’ communication and language development. The role is primarily based in Natchitoches, LA, though some work from home is permitted as part of a hybrid work structure. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Communication DisordersExpertise in the assessment and treatment of Speech and Language DisordersExperience supporting individuals with DysphagiaStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teamsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldValid state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in LouisianaASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
