We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Bids Specialist to support their dynamic team. This remote, in-region position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to bid development and project coordination over a 4-6 month temp engagement.Bids Specialist Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new bid opportunities to expand the company's project pipeline.Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit comprehensive bid documentation and proposals.Calculate and compile bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.Reach out to potential clients to clarify bid specifications and follow up on outcomes.Conduct cost analysis reports to identify savings options through alternative products or contracts.Bids Specialist Qualifications:Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational business mathematics.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively.Relevant experience of four or more years in bids or proposal development, with a high school diploma or vocational training; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Perks and Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Life Insurance.401(k) Program.Commuter Benefit.eLearning and Ongoing Training.Education Reimbursement.Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
