Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated *Machine Operator *to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help produce high-quality products while operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities * Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment. * Read and follow work orders and production instructions. * Stage raw materials and move finished products to designated storage areas. * Safely handle materials while following established handling procedures. * Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and company standards. * Maintain inventory accuracy and support production goals. * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. * Use hand and power tools as needed. * Cross-train on multiple workstations to support production needs. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Valid driver's license required. * Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. * Experience using hand and power tools is a plus. * Ability to read and follow written instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. * Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable attendance, including the ability to work overtime when needed. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for extended periods while wearing required safety equipment. * Regularly lift up to 50 pounds. * Frequently lift 50–75 pounds. * Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with proper equipment or assistance. * Frequent bending, reaching, gripping, lifting, and repetitive hand movements. * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing repetitive tasks.
