Talent Acquisition Specialist
SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple departments, with a strong focus on technical and operational positions within an aerospace repair and shop-based environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, operational setting.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and support hiring needs.Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels to build strong candidate pipelines.Leverage emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools, to enhance candidate enhance candidate outreach, engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.Provide timely, organized, and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.Partner with onboarding teams to support a seamless transition for new hires.Assist with job postings, advertisement processes, and sourcing activities.Manage a moderate to high volume of requisitions while maintaining strong candidate engagement and close partnership with hiring managers in a fast-paced, operational environment.Support recruitment reporting and administrative activities as needed.Other duties as assigned.
