BLS is hiring for an On-site Event Representative to join our team in Astoria, NY! As an On-site Event Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their ground transportation needs are met. Here are just a few of the things you will do: Assist clients in the planning and coordination of their ground transportation needs Attend off-site events as an on-site company representative to manage drivers and vehicles for VIP clients Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met Resolve any issues that may arise during events Work with other departments to ensure that events run smoothly We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously A creative problem solver and able to think on their feet A team player and excellent communicator Professional and courteous Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
