Job Description Job Title: Quality Control Technician Location: Cold Spring, MN Compensation: $21.00- $23.00 per hour- paid weekly Schedule: Night Shift (6:00pm- 6:00am) Job Type: Direct HireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. We are seeking candidates for Quality Control Technician roles on the night shift. In this role, you'll help ensure product quality and safety through accurate testing and documentation. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Quality Control Technician:Perform testing on energy drinks, including carbonation, brix, can weight, and taste conformityCollect samples for testing, retention, and customer purposesConduct hourly quality checks for pH, titration, brix, carbonation, taste, odor, appearance, and can weightsVerify batching sheets are completed accurately and meet specifications before sign-offPerform Titratable Acidity and HPLC analysis for caffeine and preservative levelsEnsure calibration and accuracy of measuring devicesRecord and document all product analysis results accurately What You Need to Bring to the Quality Control Technician Role:Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry1-3+ years of experience in a quality environment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyStrong communication skills and mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of lab equipment, chemicals, and safety procedureComfortable working in a production setting with noise, temperature changes, and damp floorsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (with or without reasonable accommodations) What are you waiting for?
