OverviewThe Program Manager will take full ownership of customer programs from initial quote through production launch. This role serves as the central point of coordination across engineering, tooling, quality, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.This is a highly technical, customer-facing role requiring strong knowledge of injection molding, mold tooling, and manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn programs end-to-end from quoting through production handoffLead program kickoff, timelines, budgets, and deliverablesServe as the primary customer-facing technical contactCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, tooling, quality, and operationsManage external suppliers including mold makers and material vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules using formal project management toolsProactively manage risk, scope, cost, and timelines throughout program lifecycleSupport technical decision-making related to tooling, manufacturability, and costReview part and mold designs at a functional level and guide discussionsEnsure programs meet internal quality, manufacturing, and documentation standardsQualificationsRequired:Program management experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience within plastics, injection moldingStrong understanding of injection mold tooling and design fundamentalsAbility to evaluate mold requirements based on part design, material, and production volumeExperience managing multiple programs simultaneously (timelines, budgets, deliverables)Strong customer-facing experience with ability to communicate technical conceptsEducation:Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Plastics, or related)Equivalent experience will be considered
