PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0 schedule, Monday through Friday, with approximately 32-40 hours per week.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsibilities include the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients to ensure the design of functional treatment programs that allow for effective community reintegration.
