HAVE Support is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Behavioral Support Services (BSS) to individuals receiving Maryland DDA services. This is a contract (1099) position compensated on an agreed-upon fee schedule per service.
The BCBA will work collaboratively with individuals, families, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and oversee person-centered behavioral interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments in accordance with DDA and BSS guidelines
Develop, implement, and update Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)
Provide behavioral consultation and oversight to DSPs, families, and teams
Deliver Brief Support Implementation and ongoing consultation as authorized
Monitor data collection, analyze behavioral trends, and adjust plans as needed
Ensure all services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and least restrictive
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with DDA, Medicaid, and agency standards
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate with CCSs and other providers
Maintain ethical standards consistent with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Maryland
Experience providing services to individuals with:
Intellectual and developmental disabilities
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Complex or challenging behaviors
Knowledge of Maryland DDA Behavioral Support Services (preferred)
Strong assessment, writing, and clinical judgment skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Reliable transportation and ability to travel across assigned counties
Compensation
Contracted fee-for-service rates
Rates based on an agreed-upon service fee schedule
Payment tied to authorized and delivered BSS units
