As a Kronos Workforce Ready Solution Consultant, you will work closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. The primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Specifically, the Kronos Workforce Ready Solution Consultant provides clients with ongoing consultative and technical support throughout workforce management strategic and/or implementation projects.KEY EXPECTATIONSImplement the Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) applicationDocuments and develops business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for workforce management softwareManages multiple client projects at once, able to prioritize and respond to client tickets in an efficient and professional mannerSupports project facilitation through efficient notetaking, asking pointed questions, and assisting with follow upAnalyzes basic data or facts to find patterns and organize resultsProvides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting abilityProvides intermediate-level knowledge of the core workforce management system- Kronos WFR and supporting modulesLeads workforce management integrations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support on smaller, less-complex engagementsParticipates in pre-sales processes and gains exposure to sales strategiesPresents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teamsAttends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billingDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEImplementation experience and/or certification with Kronos Workforce Ready, SaaSHR (Resellers) or TLMExperience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and supportHas basic knowledge of facilitation techniques and tools, including defining strategic objectivesAbility to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team settingAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter expertsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both WFI's and the client's successAbility to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findingsAbility to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing trainingHas a high aptitude to learn and be trained; is open to receiving feedback from others and seeks out learning and growth opportunitiesAbility to travel approximately 30% to client sitesEmployer's Rights:Peoplevisor, LLC. has the right to revise this job description at any time.
