It’s time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Quadient (GMC) Inspire Developer (Process Automation and Designer Focused) to join the team!Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, Process Automation, and Content ManagementImplement data integration and transformation processes to prepare data for personalized communications using Process Automation (Java, Groovy) and DesignerUtilize data mapping and transformation tools to cleanse, enrich, and validate dataDevelop and maintain Java-based components for extending Process Automation’s functionalityStrong working knowledge with Inspire Designer’s Inspire Native module and the transformation of precomposed documentsStandardize and follow quality assurance and testing procedures for Inspire workflowsIdentify defects, develop fixes, and support post-implementation issue resolutionCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions when neededTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Process Automation, Designer, and Content Management workflows and data processingPerform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of developed solutionsDocument technical designs, implementations, workflow steps and cross training of team membersStay up to date with the latest Quadient Inspire features and best practicesContribute to the continuous improvement of our customer communication processesCollaborate with team members and provide guidance or knowledge sharing on complex workflow solutions as neededYou Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of relevant software development or document composition experience, with at least 2 years using Quadient Inspire tools (Quadient Inspire Process Automation, Quadient Inspire Designer)Strong understanding of data integration and ETL conceptsExperience working with various data input and output sources (Scheduled events, direct inputs, SQL, Web Services)Familiarity with data mapping and transformation tools within Inspire Designer and Inspire Process AutomationExperience with scripting or programming languages (Java, Groovy, Windows Batch, PowerShell)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of simple and complex file structures, (e.g., delimited, XML, JSON, multiple structure files, TNO)Microsoft Office SuiteWe Would Also PreferExperience with BCC Mail Manager, BCC Architect Reach and BCC PresortUnited States Postal Service knowledgeMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
