Armed Security Flex OfficerFull-Time/Part-Time (Open Availability Required) Pay Rate: $20.00 $21.00 per hour Coverage Area: Boca Raton, FL Position Overview The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Boca Raton. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide coverage at various client locations Respond to short-notice shift assignments Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties Maintain communication with Command Center Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed Uphold uniform and appearance standards Minimum Requirements Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred) Open availability (days, nights, weekends) Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable) High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background screening and drug test Skills & Qualifications Adaptability and reliability Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Professional customer service skills Physical & Work Environment Frequent travel between sites Indoor and outdoor posts Extended standing and patrol Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Major Medical Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Free Uniforms Training & Career Advancement Opportunities
