Title: Antenna Engineer / RF Engineer – Antenna Design & TestingLocation: Greater Hudson Area, NH (100% onsite)Employment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleSeeking an experienced RF Engineer to support the design, testing, and integration of advanced RF and antenna systems for defense and aerospace applications. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering teams to develop, validate, and optimize RF system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and analyze RF systems and antenna components including transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, and frequency convertersConduct antenna testing, RF evaluation, and performance validation to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standardsCreate test procedures, test plans, technical reports, and engineering documentationTroubleshoot signal interference, noise, power limitations, and RF performance issuesSupport RF system integration into larger aerospace and defense platformsPerform frequency planning and RF spectrum management activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of antenna theory and hands-on antenna testing experienceExperience with antenna test ranges and short field antenna testingProficiency with RF test and measurement equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopesExperience with MATLAB, ADS (Advanced Design System), CST Microwave Studio, or similar RF design/simulation toolsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical problem-solving skillsCompensationEstimated hourly range: $55–$60/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
