We provide bartending, catering, and staffing services to any kinds of event in  NYC and the Tri-State Area.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role as a Bartender and/or Server around the area of NYC and New Jersey. QualificationsAbility to provide professional, high-level guest service in fast-paced event environments.Strong communication and teamwork skills while working with staff, clients, and guests.Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished service station throughout events.Must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and professionalism while representing Max Hospitality Group.Ability to follow company policies, dress code, and event manager instructions at all times.Comfortable performing setup and breakdown of service areas, including handling bar tools and equipment when required.Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing event service duties safely.Commitment to upholding the brand standards and reputation of Max Hospitality Group.
