Commercial Building Construction Project Manager

A boutique COMMERCIAL construction company is seeking anExperienced and Hands on Construction Manager to join our fabulous and thriving team.The_ Hands-on Construction Manager_ is responsible to complete projects in accordance to construction documents and various design constraints in a timely manner. Your duties will cover the entire construction process, from inception to completion.Over the course of the project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule and budget. Establishing baseline schedule and critical path, maintain look-ahead schedules to achieve important targets and milestones. Define detailed scopes, and secure all procurements, purchase orders and subcontracts as required. Communicate with design professional to maintain and Log all construction documents - RFI, submittals, reports, as-builts and any other document control requirements. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options or VE alternatives, as well as when confronted to time and cost impacts, as to maintain or mitigate the critical path and budget bottom line. Reporting to company executives / leadership board to keep the project aligned with their goals. Sharing, communicating and assisting other project managers as directed by leadership board to achieve the overall company goals and strategies. Performing quality assurance / quality control throughout the project to achieve the standards expected on high-end residential or commercial build outs.
