Client Services Representative

Job DescriptionSupport engineering, expediting, and procurement teams through high-volume data entry and transaction management within SAP.Perform quality control reviews to ensure engineering requests, addendums, and project updates are accurately captured and transmitted across multiple business systems.Maintain data integrity by validating records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring information is properly reflected in downstream reporting tools.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide responsive customer service and process support in a fast-paced environment.Experience with SAP and high-volume data entry processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality control.Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accurate records across various systems.Power BI experience preferred but not required.
