As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Solar Consultants, driving sales initiatives and fostering growth. We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy. Flexibility is crucial, as the Sales Manager must be available to work evenings and weekends to support team operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Solar Consultants to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
