Registered Nurse (Transitional Living Program)Location: Fort Worth, TXDepartment: Residential ServicesOn-Call Requirement: 24-hour consultation support as neededPay: $28- 38/hourSNI Companies is partnered with a Family Services Non-Profit looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential Services Treatment Team. In this role, you will oversee the health, wellness, and medication management of youth in residential care, ensuring they receive high-quality, trauma-informed medical support in accordance with state licensing requirements and physician guidance.What You'll DoAs the Registered Nurse, you will:Monitor the health and wellness of youth in residential careManage medication ordering, refills, dispensing, and administration oversightReview medical documentation and medication records for accuracy and complianceSchedule and coordinate medical, dental, and psychiatric appointmentsParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and care planningObserve youth for medication side effects and communicate concerns to treatment teams/physiciansEnsure compliance with Psychotropic Medication Utilization Parameters for Children and Youth in Foster CareMaintain accurate and current medical files in accordance with agency and regulatory standardsProvide staff training on:First Aid / CPROSHA safety protocolsMedication administrationPsychotropic medication awarenessConsult with staff on dietary, nutritional, and health-related concernsConduct weekly audits of medical documentation and medication storageProvide on-call consultation regarding client health concerns QualificationsRequiredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum 2 years of nursing experienceValid Texas driver's license with insurable driving recordAbility to pass background checks in accordance with child welfare regulationsPreferredPediatric nursing experiencePsychiatric / behavioral health nursing experienceExperience working with youth in foster care, residential treatment, or trauma-informed environments#SN
