POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of theforeperson, paving equipment operators will be responsible for operatingseveral types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficientmanner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to asphalt paver,paver screed, steel drum roller, rubber tire roller, skid steer, shapingtractor, power broom, and plate tampers. On the job training willprovide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one ofour crews with the potential for advancement opportunities. Thisposition is a full-time seasonal, working May through November (weatherpermitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays.Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
