Carpenter/Deck Builder

Job Description Olson Construction & Remodeling is hiring a Carpenter to support our Field Supervisor on residential remodeling and new construction projects. We're looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a fast-paced, design-build company.What You'll Be Doing:Assisting and performing cabinet installations, window installs, and finish carpentrySupporting framing and general carpentry workHandling punch list items and detail work to ensure high-quality finishesRunning dump trailers (loading, hauling, dumping materials)Picking up and delivering materials, tools, and equipmentMaintaining organization of the shop, yard, and job sitesWorking directly with the Field Supervisor to keep projects moving efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:Carpentry experience required (residential preferred)Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamStrong understanding of construction methods and job site workflowProficient with power tools and basic layout/measurementHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipValid driver's license (required)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditionsReliable, motivated, and looking for long-term growthWhat You'll Get:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to grow into lead carpenter or field supervisor rolesConsistent, year-round workWork on a variety of projects (remodels, additions, custom builds)Strong team environment with high standardsWe're not looking for general labor—we're looking for someone who knows their way around a job site and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way.Company DescriptionOlson Construction & Remodeling is a growing design-build residential construction company based in the Twin Cities east metro.
