Senior Systems Engineer / Microsoft Infrastructure ConsultantLocation: Beverly Hills, CAWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and enterprise migrations. This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working directly with clients to assess environments, resolve complex issues, and lead strategic migration initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and escalations.Conduct client environment assessments and provide infrastructure recommendations.Lead and support Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange migrations.Design and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions and ownership models.Execute domain migrations, tenant consolidations, and company acquisition integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and minimal business disruption.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Required Experience:Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft AzureActive Directory (AD)Microsoft ExchangeProven experience leading:Domain migrationsCompany mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure consolidationsCloud migration projectsAbility to own projects from design through implementation.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Personable, professional, and comfortable working directly with executive-level stakeholders.Preferred:Experience serving as a senior escalation point or "super ticket taker" for complex infrastructure issues.Consulting or managed services experience.This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building client relationships, and leading enterprise migration projects.
