This role ensures consistency, safety, and accountability throughout the kitchen by actively supporting daily operations, training staff, and maintaining efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage all aspects of kitchen execution, and is ready to step into any station to maintain smooth and successful service across all shifts.ResponsibilitiesSupervise kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and closingMaintain food quality and consistency across all stationsSupport and train kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, safety, and efficiencyStep into Expo or line roles as needed to maintain smooth serviceCreating and managing the culinary team schedule while staying within budgeted labor hours and costs.Coordinate staffing and station assignments based on daily needsEnsure all kitchen areas meet sanitation and food safety standardsMonitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock rotationSupport the General Manager and culinary leadership in achieving kitchen goals and initiativesCommunicate expectations and maintain team accountability through regular check-ins and coachingRequirements Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume or leadership kitchen roleProficient in managing line operations, prep flow, and ticket timingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCapable of stepping into any station and leading by exampleUnderstanding of food safety regulations and kitchen complianceReliable, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperienced with computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling & inventory platformsFamiliarity with inventory systems and basic ordering proceduresFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods of time.Frequently bend, reach, twist, and use hands and arms.Able to lift up to 40 pounds.Salary Description$60,000 - $70,000 annually
