Reading blueprints, plans, specs, and instructions Using hand and power tools Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and necessary demolition May also include painting Maintain cleanliness and security of the job site. Qualifications: Proven experience (+2 years) as a Carpenter or similar role, with a track record of successfully completing construction projects. Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Must possess the ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and tools. Salary and Benefits Salary at $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Paid Time off
