Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor (or Licensed Title Agent) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the real estate transaction process, ensuring all title related matters are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, tech-savvy, and eager to innovate with us. Responsibilities Manage files from contract through closing, ensuring accuracy and clear communication throughout the process. Review title commitments, lien searches, estoppels, and other requirements to clear title. Interpret title commitments, resolve title issues, and prepare legal documents. Prepare all title commitments, settlement statements, and other documents as requested Communicate proactively with attorneys, realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to gather documentation and ensure smooth closings. Maintain accurate records and documentation in a cloud-based, semi-paperless environment. Manage multiple files, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Title Processor, Title Agent, or Paralegal in real estate closings. Title Agent License preferred (or willingness to become licensed). Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and title procedures. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to identify and clear title issues independently. Notary Public (or willingness to obtain). Experience with Qualia and Google Workspace; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.'
