Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office and Purchasing Administrator to join our team. This role involves both office and on-the-floor responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Create estimates and sales orders using QuickBooks
Generate purchase orders (POs) in QuickBooks
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available
Place material orders
Manage vendor relationships
Assist in conducting inventory counts
Perform general administrative tasks to support operations and sales
Qualifications:
Experience in purchasing and administrative roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment:
Combination of office setting and manufacturing floor visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
