Job Summary Want to work in a family friendly environment? Sick of the front of the house making all the cash? I am looking for EXPERIENCED Sautee and kitchen cooks. Am and Pm shifts available. 9am-3pm / 3pm-10pm . We pay a good hourly wage with catering tip benefits. All catering tips go to the cooks. sometimes $20 sometimes $100 per order. I am looking for 3 experienced back of the house people who can do it all. Prep, Sautee, pantry ect. If you do not have these skills please do not apply. Serious applicants only. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and dietary guidelines Support menu planning by suggesting nutritious and appealing meal options that cater to specific dietary requirements Ensure food safety standards are maintained through proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks efficiently to support timely service Serve meals with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special diets and assist with catering or special event meal setups Experience Prior experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or healthcare setting is preferred Knowledge of menu planning and food safety protocols is essential Hands-on culinary experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques are beneficial Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and the food industry standards is important Previous roles involving serving or supporting food service operations will support success in this position Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.41 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Work Location: In person
