About the Opportunity:The Associate Clinical Admin Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations by managing member intake, referrals, and authorizations. This position ensures timely and accurate coordination between members, providers, and clinical teams, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and effective care delivery. The role impacts the organization by facilitating smooth communication and service processes in a high-volume environment, helping to improve member experience and care outcomes.3. Responsibilities:• Manage intake of members and post-notification admission or discharge information• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams on service requests• Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake and notification• Provide triage and care coordination notifications for non-clinical assessment referrals• Handle approximately 300-400 inbound calls daily• Resolve inquiries from members and providers• Work efficiently in a high-volume customer service environment• Maintain accuracy with paper and electronic medical records• Adapt to a flexible schedule including evening hours4. Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookPreferred:• Experience in healthcare industry or insurance• Background working in hospital, physician office, or medical clinic• Call center experience• Clerical or administrative support experience• Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay ranges from $16.15 to $28.80 based on full-time employment, experience, education, and certifications• Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility6.
