eCommerce Operations Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Assistant to support our growing online retail platform. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order processing, and contribute to our overall customer satisfaction and sales growth. Responsibilities: Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing updates on our eCommerce platform. Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions. Analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions. Collaborate with other team members to improve the eCommerce experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience in eCommerce or retail operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
