Position: Accounting & Finance Recruiter (Direct Hire) Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S. & currently reside in the United States) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Recruiting Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Accounting & Finance direct hire placements Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for roles including Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Controller, Finance Manager, Tax professionals, and more Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database mining Partner closely with sales team members to understand client needs and deliver top talent Provide consultative guidance to candidates throughout the interview and offer process Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and ensure a high-quality candidate experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of Accounting & Finance staffing experience Direct hire / permanent placement recruiting experience required Full-desk staffing experience strongly preferred Proven ability to source and place Accounting & Finance professionals Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside in the United States Why Join Beacon Hill?
