The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for every visitor and patient.QualificationsStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesProficiency in Clerical Skills including data entry, filing, and organizational tasksExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in providing exceptional Customer Service and managing patient interactionsAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a professional demeanorComfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
