New DM at this client location and expect a high priority for fill.Schedule:Weekend day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMRotating schedule:Week 1: Thursday–SundayWeek 2: Friday–SundayThese are 12-hour shifts, so confirm candidates are comfortable with longer shifts and weekend work.JOB OVERVIEW:Join a growing aseptic beverage manufacturing facility as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician.In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical systemsSupport production by diagnosing and repairing equipment failuresMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationRead and interpret equipment manuals and process diagramsAssist with root cause troubleshooting and continuous improvementFollow all GMP, safety, and environmental guidelinesSupport facility maintenance and minor building repairs as neededQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills with industrial mechanical equipmentAbility to read equipment manuals and technical documentationHigh School Diploma or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working in food or beverage manufacturingExperience in a GMP-regulated environmentFamiliarity with P&IDs and process flow diagramsExperience with multiple trades such as HVAC, compressors, refrigeration, or weldingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededThank you.
