Join our team where you can lead, support, and make a meaningful impact every day!As a Medication Technician Supervisor, you'll help deliver exceptional care while guiding a team of Med Techs and Caregivers in our Assisted Living community.Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Saturday-Monday (24 hours) plus flexibility to occasionally cover shiftsPay: $20.67-$22.74What You'll Do:Administer and oversee medications safely and accuratelySupport and supervise Med Techs & Caregivers in daily resident careAssist with care plans, audits, documentation, and resident assessmentsCoordinate appointments, medical services, and outside vendorsCommunicate with residents, families, and healthcare providersHelp create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residentsWhat You Bring:Arizona Caregiver Certification (Supervisory, Personal & Directed Care)Medication Tech trainingAt least 1 year of experience in assisted living, hospital, or nursing careCPR & First Aid certificationAZ Fingerprint Clearance CardHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidaysSupervisory experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for working with seniorsReputation You Can Trust:Top Workplaces Arizona 2023 & 2024: Recognized among the best in the state.USA TODAY Top Workplaces 2024 & 2025: Honored on a national level.TWP USA 20254.8 stars on Facebook4.4 stars on Glassdoor4.3 stars on Indeed
