Description Campus Coach(Texas)What We Seek The Campus Coach is a passionate, mission-driven educator who partners with Texas elementary and/or secondary campuses to ensure high-quality, sustainable implementation of Bluebonnet Math and ELA resources through Carnegie Learning's LIFT partnership. This role plays a critical part in translating district vision into daily instructional practice supporting campuses in building the systems, instructional habits, and leadership capacity necessary for long-term success.In this role, you will serve as both coach and facilitator; modeling research-based instructional practices, leading professional learning experiences, and supporting campus leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers in strengthening implementation fidelity. You will guide reflection through data-informed conversations, promote best practices aligned to Bluebonnet expectations, and help ensure that implementation efforts lead to measurable impact for students.The Campus Coach reports to the Lead Campus Coach or Director within their region and collaborates closely with other Campus Coaches, MSPs, and District Coaches serving the same district(s).We are hiring in the greater San Antonio, Rio Grande Valley, and West Texas areas.What Your Day Will Look Like Owning LIFT Campus ImplementationsBuilding and sustaining customer partnerships with teachers, campus-, and district-level leaders, and instructional coaches, leveraging those relationships to ensure Bluebonnet implementation integrity and to foster best practices.Communicating regularly with leaders at multiple levels to ensure transparency, garner support, and build capacity.Assessing the school context and current systems and using this information to create a detailed implementation plan for each campus.Building capacity and ownership within each school campus by:Delivering high-quality implementation training, up front, to teachers and campus instructional leadersProviding ongoing implementation support and coaching to campus instructional leadersPartnering closely with the District Coach as well as other Campus Coaches and MSPs to ensure alignment across the implementationParticipating in step-back meetings to discuss implementation data and determine next steps.Delivering High-Quality Professional Learning Facilitating engaging professional learning workshops centered on implementing the Bluebonnet resources, best practices in teaching, and content expertise.Delivering intentional and impactful, job-embedded professional learning to teachers and campus leadership (formal coaching cycles, collaborative lesson cycles, lesson internalization support, PLC facilitation, etc.).Refining workshops and learning experiences, when appropriate, to meet the unique needs and contexts of each campus.Upholding Carnegie Learning's core commitments in every interaction-approaching educators with belief in their potential, honoring their voices and expertise, empowering their ownership of implementation, and inspiring progress and purpose in their growth.Leveraging data to drive teacher growth, inform ongoing support, and track partnership progress.Operations & Documentation Following the Professional Learning process in all aspects of delivery: planning, confirming, communicating, executing, and following up.Ensuring timely completion of all documentation, including digital sign-ins, workshop feedback, coaching and support logs, courtesy emails, coaching feedback forms, and other deliverables.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Deliverables Doc, including forecasting deliverables and managing your calendar.Other Fun Work Engaging in ongoing LIFT training, certification, and continuing education to strengthen implementation expertise and service quality.Regularly reviewing customer feedback (e.g., workshop evaluations and coaching feedback) to identify areas of growth and ensure the highest-quality delivery of professional learning.Growing yourself professionally in the areas of adult learning theory, research-based best practices in teaching, professional learning design, leadership, and related fields.Performing other duties as assigned or apparent.Exuding Our Team Core Values PASSION: Exuding a positive, contagious energy around the work we doCURIOSITY: Seeking out new information and experiences, questioning the status quo, exploring possibilitiesFLEXIBILITY: Quickly and calmly responding to changing circumstancesAGENCY: Appropriately taking initiative in your work and professional growthPARTNERSHIP: Developing and effectively using collaborative relationships (internally and externally) to drive your workINTEGRITY: Consistently demonstrating our core values through your workWhat You Can Expect Primary Job FunctionApprox. % of TimeOwning LIFT Campus Implementations50%Delivering High Quality Professional Learning25%Operations & Documentation20%Other Fun Work5%TRAVEL COMMITMENT NOTE Because this role is field-based it will require a local commute for onsite campus visits 75-80% of the time.What Should Be In Your Bookbag Bachelor's Degree in Education (specific to your content vertical); Master's Degree preferred.5+ years of classroom teaching experience. Campus Instructional Coach or Campus Administrator Experience Preferred.Experience with Texas Bluebonnet resources: (Bluebonnet RLA, Bluebonnet MATH K-5, and 6-8)Experience facilitating professional learning workshopsCognitive Coaching (or equivalent) certification (preferred)Exemplifies Carnegie Learning's core values to the highest level.Exceptional time management skills, including calendar management, goal setting, and efficiency in task prioritization.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.Solution-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement of efficiency, communication, and customer experience.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.What Gives Us Purpose Others teach what; we teach why.
