The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications that support critical banking operations.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java backend technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.Strong experience with Java 8/11/17.Expertise in:Spring BootSpring MVCSpring Data JPASpring SecurityStrong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.Experience with relational databases such as:OraclePostgreSQLSQL ServerExposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus.Experience with:GitMaven/GradleCI/CD PipelinesHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong understanding of:Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Design PatternsSoftware Engineering Best PracticesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
