About the Role
Softcat's Learning & Development (L&D) team, part of the People and Property department, drives success by fostering a culture of curiosity, growth and continuous development. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the sales L&D team by managing administration and coordination across programmes and strategy. This role is key to helping Softcat's sales team reach their potential, offering varied opportunities for impact and growth.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Learning & Development team to coordinate and diarise programmes, workshops, and courses across all Softcat offices and virtually
Supporting the L&D team with admin and project-based tasks, including reporting, data input, diary arrangement, and managing our offering on L&D systems, including Fuse
Managing the L&D mailbox and programme-specific mailboxes, ensuring all queries are dealt with, and acting as a point of contact for facilitators and training logistics
Tracking training attendance, collating and analysing feedback, and reporting statistics on initiatives and programmes to generate regular L&D reports
Handling operational tasks such as room bookings, tech setup, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting in-person training where relevant
Qualifications
Proven experience in administration with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High computer literacy, especially with MS Office and databases, and excellent attention to detail while working at pace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across diverse teams and locations
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to learn, with an interest in Learning & Development or HR
Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, and work independently as well as collaboratively
