This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvements while adhering to high safety and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a Safe Work EnvironmentPromote and enforce safety best practices.Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when servicing machinery.Ensure all safety controls are in place for employees and equipment. Preventative Maintenance & Spare Parts ManagementMaintain accurate records and manage spare parts inventory.Follow a scheduled maintenance program to prevent downtime. Support Daily Production GoalsConduct line changeovers and optimizations for efficiency.Respond promptly to equipment issues and perform necessary repairs. Continuous Improvement & Team CollaborationWork closely with production teams to meet company objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Manufacturing experience required (preferably in production maintenance).Technical or mechanical certifications are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
