Programming / Templating Position We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a Programming and Templating position. The ideal candidate will have previous construction or countertop experience and be comfortable working with measurements and jobsite dimensions. You should know how to properly read and use a tape measure, understand basic construction measurements, and have good attention to detail. This position will involve learning how to measure and template countertop projects and how to use Alphacam programming software to prepare jobs for production and CNC equipment. Previous Alphacam or CNC programming experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong construction background, good computer skills, and is willing to learn. We are looking for someone who: * Has construction, countertop, cabinetry, fabrication, or similar experience * Can accurately read and use a tape measure * Is comfortable working with detailed measurements * Has basic computer skills and is willing to learn new software * Is interested in learning Alphacam programming * Is dependable, organized, and pays close attention to detail * Can communicate well with the production and installation teams This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who is interested in moving into a more technical templating and programming role.
