Customer Service Associate
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, and change accurately
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Utilize technology sales skills to promote and sell additional products or services
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Basic retail math skills for accurate transactions and calculations
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
