Your Role: A Day in the Life
Deliver high-quality supervision and support to RBTs working under your guidance.
Provide regular family training and guidance to ensure continuity of care and maximize outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other providers outside All Star ABA, when appropriate.
Review data consistently, make necessary updates to programming, and communicate findings to the team.
Maintain all ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB.
Complete comprehensive intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
Support smooth transition and discharge planning for your clients as needed.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (or sitting for the exam within one month).
LBA certification
Previous ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (home-based sessions may be required).
Willingness to complete a background check.
