Responsibilities Support solution design and validate approaches with cross‐technology SMEs Deliver product demos, support Proof of Concepts, and assist in RFP responses Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams Support competitive analysis, technical marketing engagement, and events Contribute to expanding ServiceNow solution offerings across regions Qualifications 5+ years overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years ServiceNow experience Hands‐on experience in ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / CSDM / Discovery / Integrations Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities ServiceNow certifications (required) Ability to research options, propose multiple solution paths, and drive innovation Proactive, fast learner, motivated, and results‐oriented Knowledge of ServiceNow GenAI solutions is an advantage (NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, NOW LLM) If you are passionate about solving enterprise cloud challenges, driving automation outcomes, and contributing to modern ServiceNow transformation—let's connect.
