Live for Life Cypress is seeking a behaviorally strong Program Manager to lead our High Behavioral & Mental Health Residential Treatment Program serving youth with complex behavioral and clinical needs. This program provides structured, evidence-based behavioral treatment in a highly supervised residential setting. We are specifically seeking candidates with: BCaBA certification (strongly preferred) Special Education background 2–5 years of ABA experience Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Experience supervising behavioral staff Experience working with high-acuity youth This is a leadership role — not just shift coverage.
