Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.RequirementsYOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:Preferred experience in a multi-unit environment, with a deep understanding of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and team members, focusing on building a strong team among managers and crafting customized career paths for future pizza leaders.Strong knowledge of business acumen—able to navigate various business scenarios, adapt effectively during changes, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.Accountable for delivering financial performance across your district through effective P&L management, ensuring the best guest experience, and fostering a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.Willingness to travel to maintain a consistent presence in your stores.J-18808-Ljbffr
