Asset Management Analyst
Asset Management Analyst About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to support the day-to-day oversight of our growing real estate portfolio. This role is primarily focused on debt compliance, lender and investor reporting, and ongoing financial performance monitoring. The Analyst will partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, maintain loan compliance, and support portfolio budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor property-level financial performance on an ongoing basis, including monthly operating results, variance analysis, and cash flow trends across the portfolio; evaluate budget-to-actual performance and identify key drivers impacting the resultsPrepare and maintain comprehensive lender reporting packages and ensure timely quarterly and annual compliance with loan covenants, including DSCR, LTV, and other applicable financial metricsPrepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and year end investment updates to investors, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting deadlinesAssist with the administration of equity distributions and capital calls, ensuring timely and accurate executionSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across the portfolioTrack and analyze portfolio cash flow and operating trends to support decision-making and asset-level performance reviewsCoordinate with property management, accounting, and leasing teams to support operational efficiency, value creation initiatives, and timely reporting inputsSupport strategic initiatives including refinancing, dispositions, and asset repositioning effortsAssist with ad hoc analysis and portfolio-level reporting as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)0 to 2 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field; internship experience is acceptableWorking knowledge of real estate finance and financial statements, including familiarity with loan structures and key metrics such as DSCR and LTVStrong Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detailStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentEffective written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong willingness to learn and growExperience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting is preferredExposure to multifamily or commercial real estate is a plusFamiliarity with NYC real estate market dynamics is a plusCompensation & BenefitsWe provide a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including base salary aligned with experience, performance-based discretionary bonus, and health and wellness benefits.
