You'll be the trusted expert behind seamless executive meetings, high-profile events, and mission-critical collaboration spaces. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and bring a white-glove service mindset, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingEvents & Executive SupportOwn and deliver flawless AV experiences for live events, town halls, and executive meetingsConduct pre-event testing and attend production meetingsProvide real-time, high-touch support to senior stakeholdersVideo & Audio ConferencingSet up and support video conferencing across Cisco, Polycom, Crestron environmentsManage and support Zoom Rooms & Microsoft Teams Rooms integrationsTroubleshoot live conferencing issues quickly and effectivelySupport hybrid and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx & TeamsAV Operations & MaintenancePerform daily health checks and preventative maintenance across AV systemsDiagnose and resolve issues across VTC endpoints, displays, projectors, and audio systemsSupport meeting rooms with presentations and multi-media requirementsSystem & Infrastructure SupportAssist with commissioning, configuring, and testing new AV installationsAct as liaison between internal teams and external vendorsManage AV asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and replacementsGlobal CollaborationWork closely with global AV teams to maintain service excellenceParticipate in regular operational reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Corporate AV / Event Technician (essential)Strong technical expertise across video conferencing hardware and AV systemsHands-on experience with Cisco, Polycom, Crestron technologiesWorking knowledge of Zoom, Teams, WebEx environmentsExceptional troubleshooting and incident management skillsHighly organised, proactive, and customer-focusedConfident supporting executive-level stakeholders in high-pressure environmentsWhy Kinly?At Kinly, you'll be part of a global team delivering technology that transforms how organisations connect, collaborate, and perform.
