Maintenance Technician II

American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Bryant at Summerville, our 232 unit residential community located in Summerville, SC! Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Your “Day to Day” at AL: Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
