Structural Engineer EIT/PE

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year Job Details - Structural Engineer EIT/PE (Commercial Projects) Hybrid We are seeking Senior to Mid Level Structural Engineers to join our Team. Responsibilities include developing and guiding a structural engineering team to produce construction documents using Revit and managing project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. Project include a variety of Commercial Buildings, Theme Parks, Federal, Entertainment, Healthcare, Aviation, High-Rise, Multi-Family, etc. Qualifications 6-10+ years of Structure Engineering Design experience with Engineering Consulting Firm, Design/Build Firm, or AEC Industry. Bachelors Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, ABET Accredited Buildings Structural Engineering experience, including the Design of Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Wood Materials; Gravity & Lateral Systems. EIT or PE License Desired Software Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA, Enercalc Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the structural discipline; - Knowledge of construction costs Experience managing moderate to complex projects and / or functioning as the secondary point of contact on larger projects Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff Proven ability to represent the structural discipline at meeting Experience with BIM including Autodesk Revit workflow. Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail. Understanding of commercial building materials, systems, and assemblies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with directing and coordinating project activities of junior staff. Duties: Lead & Delegate the development of system layouts, narratives, calculations, and engineering reports. Assist contractors by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs and participating in O/A/C meetings. Developing structural solutions from concept through construction. Produce construction documents using Revit. Collaboration with architects, other engineers, and clients as part of our integrated design process. Adapt to variations in building codes and construction practices while working on projects around the US. Mentoring entry-level staff.
