Our business isat the intersection of commercial properties, insurance relations, and weather data, andwe're looking for energetic passionate folks who enjoy working in a dynamic, excitingenvironment.Compensation:Annual Base Salary: $90,000 + CommissionEstimated on Target Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you'll manage leads fromour proprietary hail database and build relationships with commercial building ownersthrough cold-calling, drop-ins, CRE industry events, and strategic outreach. We focuson creating lifelong relationships by being true subject matter experts, offering objectiveanalyses that always put the client first - similar to a fiduciary relationship.You'll engage with a wide range of clients, from small business owners to large portfoliomanagers overseeing dozens or even hundreds of properties.
