The success of our \"Made in Germany\" products is rooted in good ideas, extensive experience, foresight, and constant innovation.Your Responsibilities· Perform repair and maintenance services on devices from the Löwenstein Medical's product portfolio· Deliver customer training sessions and technical instruction· Ensure compliance with established processes and actively contribute to their continuous improvementYour Qualifications· Completed vocational training or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams and ERP systems· Prior experience in technical service is preferred· Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills· Trainer certification or prior experience conducting technical or customer training is a plus· Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are an advantage· Independent and well-structured working style, combined with strong teamwork skills· High service mindset, strong quality awareness, and attention to detail· Reliability, flexibility, and a conscientious approach to workOur Benefits15 days of PTO + 12 paid holidays annuallyComprehensive health coverage including medical, dental and vision, with 100% of premiums covered by the company401k with company match
