Founded on family values and principlesFocused on work/life balanceRewards:Competitive salary packagesHealthcare benefitsPTO plans401k with company matchEmployee Referral ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramJob SummaryIMI is seeking a full-time Regional Division Project Manager local to the Athens, GA area.Essential FunctionsThe Regional Divisional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations within a designated geographic region, including managing sales, developing regional strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with company practices and policies with Safety being top priority, and driving business growth within an area by developing and maintaining customer needs.Safety Initiative: Cultivate a positive SAFETY culture throughout the entire divisionSales leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsMarket Analysis: Identify opportunities within the region, analyze competitor activity and champion the company's position in the regionFinancial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, project manager performance and identify areas for cost optimizationTeam Development: Recruit, train and mentor team members. Evaluate performance and provide ongoing coachingCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfactionStrategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop plans, set goals and align strategies with overall company objectivesEducation And ExperienceBachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5 years of experience in Industrial project managementMinimum of three years’ work experience in Industrial ContractingOSHA 30 required; must obtain within 60 days of hire dateProven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safetyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and OutlookWork Environment/Physical DemandsStand or walk for long periods of timeUse arms and hands to reach for, handle, or manipulate objectsLift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistanceManual dexterity needed for repetitive tasks and operating standard office equipmentWillingness to travel overnight up to 5-10% of the timeIMI maintains a Drug-Free Workplace in compliance with federal/state regulations.
