Please find below the Job description and share your latest resume if you are interested?Position: IAM NetIQ DeveloperLocation: 100% RemoteVisa Status: Independent ConsultantDuration: 6+ Months (Will be a Long Term Contract or CTH)PREFERRED TO WORK ON W2 OR 1099Job Description:We are hiring a NetIQ Developer to join our team remotely.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions that control user access across enterprise systemsSupport and enhance IAM provisioning and access management platforms, with a focus on NetIQ / OpenText Identity ManagerAutomate user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, role changes, and offboarding (joiner/mover/leaver)Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, access, and entitlement issues across integrated systemsDevelop and maintain custom integrations using Java, scripting, and REST/SOAP APIsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and configuration guidesPerform root-cause and impact analysis to identify issues and recommend long-term solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutionsEnsure IAM solutions align with security, risk, and compliance standards and best practicesQualificationsExperience as an IAM Engineer, with hands-on development experience using NetIQ / Micro Focus / OpenText IAM toolsStrong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning/deprovisioning, identity governance, RBAC/ABAC, and least-privileged accessExperience building and supporting IAM provisioning tools such as NetIQ Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, or similar platformsProficiency with Java development, scripting (JavaScript / ECMAScript / shell scripting), and API integrations (REST/SOAP)Demonstrated experience with identity lifecycle management, including birthright access and role-based provisioningExperience working in Agile environments, with exposure to CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of complex systemsFamiliarity with risk and compliance frameworks, such as NIST, SOX, PCI, or HIPAAAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, cross-functional engineering teamThanks and RegardsKaran Rajput | US IT RecruiterDesk: 609-973-8207 || KRajput@kpgtech.com
